Is this only for Powerlifting?
No. This is not just for Powerlifters, but anyone who wants 1-on-1 attention. I’ve worked 1-on-1 with Powerlifters, Runners, Triathletes, Wrestlers, High School & College Soccer, Baseball, and Hockey Athletes and even an Olympic Curler! I have over 11 years of experience in strength & conditioning from age 7 to college and beyond. It is for anyone serious about getting strong.
How will I receive and track my program?
All programs are delivered and tracked through the My Strength Book app. The App is available on Android & iOS. I will send you an invitation from the App when you sign up.
What is the signup process?
Click the “Get Started” button to be taken to the checkout page.
Proceed with checkout to be taken to the registration form.
Complete the form to be taken to the payment screen.
Enter your payment information.
Once payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
Then I will get to work evaluating your registration form within 24 and will be in touch.
Is the program customized?
Yes. This is 100% unique to you.
What equipment & facilities do I need access to?
If you are interested in 1-on-1 coaching for powerlifting you will need access to a Rack, a Barbell and Plates. All non-powerlifting programs will be created based on the access you currently have to equipment & facilities.
How long does it take to get started?
As soon as your form is submitted I will evaluate it within 24 hours and be in touch with you. Your program will start the following Monday from the day you signed up. For example a Wednesday signup would have you starting the following Monday.
How many days per week is it?
This is dependent upon each person and their needs. The most common 1-on-1 programs are for 4 or 5 days per week.
What information do you need from me to sign up?
When you purchase the program through the button below you will complete a form that asks all the important questions. I will follow up with questions and ask for recent SBD videos.
